 Sumatran Sea Dragon Horn and Wood Container

 17" long x 13 3/4" high x 3 1/2" deep

Two piece wood and horn carving with fiber shoulder strap. Detailed carving of a man riding a dragon with another figure riding on the dragons tongue, and another figure at the tail. Lizard carvings on both sides. Front and Back sections are held together with a removable wooden peg.  Back section is a hollowed water buffalo horn wrapped in rope.  Front half is solid wood, carved from one piece of tropical hardwood.  From the island of Sumatra, Indonesia.

Very Good Condition with minor wear from age and use, and some dust and grime from age.
