Ken Foster

Some of Foster's new works are a radical departure from his past experience, combining large scale vessels, geometric forms, and detailed hand drawn figurative elements.

Others are more closely related to the artist's previous works, drawing on techniques, forms, and glazes developed over many years as a working potter.  In this vein, Foster has created a body of robust works inspired in part by day to day experience, and also by boyhood memories of salmon fishing with his grandfather.
